Premium Rate Telephone Services To use these services you must either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make any calls to our live service from within the UK. Calls cost the current per minute charge from a BT line as indicated on all reading information, call costs via other service providers or from a mobile phone may be considerably higher. The premium rate service line is governed by PhonepayPlus. All precautions have been taken to ensure that the rules and regulations laid down by PhonepayPlus governing premium chat services have been adhered to. My Live Premium rate Readings are charged at the displayed price at all times. Permission must be obtained from the telephone bill payer before contacting this service. Callers must be at least 18 years of age & under UK law I must state that use of this site is accepted by you to be for entertainment purposes only. All calls to our Premium Rate Live Pyschic services are recorded - this is a requirement of Phonepay Plus (formerly know as I.C.S.T.I.S.) in the UK and REGTEL in the Republic of Ireland. Calls to our live services from the Republic of Ireland cost as currently displayed per minute from a landline, call costs via other service providers or from a mobile phone may be higher. Credit Card Services To use our credit card services you must either be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made. All credit/debit card calls are charged as indicated. Text Services (UK) Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a “roaming” basis addition costs to the operators’ standard text charge and the premium rate charges shown below may apply. These SMS services are only available from phones operating on the following UK networks: Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile, 3,Virgin and O2. Orange users are limited to a maximum spend on text messages per short code per calendar day. The charge for our Live Psychic Service (TEXT ) is as currently indicated per message received. Complaints If you have a complaint about any of our services you may either ring our customer care number or leave a message on +44 (0) 207 748 4336 Or Via AstrOMara Ltd 71-75 Shelton Street, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ , In exceptional circumstances following an initial telephone complaint you may be asked to submit your claim in writing to the above address. It is our aim to investigate any complaint within one working day (Monday – Friday excluding UK Public Holidays) Credit Card Reading Satisfaction If you are not satisfied with your reading and terminate your call within the first 5 minutes, on calling my Credit card reception number we will endeavour to place you with an alternative reader for the full 20 minutes. If however your call has lasted longer than 5 minutes before termination we will only be able to give you a reading for the time remaining of your pre-paid 20 minutes. Use of Data Unless you request to be excluded we will only use your personal information for the purposes of our own marketing (e.g. mailing of a regular newsletter). We will not pass any personal data or recordings to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority e.g. ICSTIS or REGTEL.
